Nutrition for the Body and Soul

Meals are an important part of the SuperKidz Kamp experience. They provide us with an opportunity not only to nurture our campers' bodies, but to further nurture their minds and spirits. Campers also assist in determining the menu, the preparation and the serving of the food. All this plus clean-up afterward. At the meals, campers learn about the importance of timeliness, responsibility, teamwork, and cleanliness. A typical week's menu looks like this:
